This’s a project I did for one of the UX classes at UCLA extension. The task was to pick an existing website and redesign it. www.visitlittletokyo.com is an official website for Little tokyo community, one of the most popular tourist attractions in LA. I chose this site because I found it difficult to navigate through the site, find important information, and discover news and events. I restructured its sitemap as well as creating wireframes for tablet and mobile devices to show a simpler and smoother user flows.
